HEAT HERO HIGH PRESSURE INSTALLATION GUIDE

🛡️Warranty

Heat Hero products are covered by a 5-year warranty; all other supplied components are covered by a 1-year warranty.

1. High Pressure Unit	Install a minimum of 1 metre above the stove and a maximum of 3 away from the stove.
2. Circulation Pump	Two pumps (minimum 6 m head) are activated by the pipe stat and set to maximum manual speed.
3. Pipe Thermostat	Set to 55°C and fit close to the solid-fuel boiler.
4. Temperature Probe	Fit to the stove or gravity flow within 1 metre, without restricting water flow.
5. Thermal Safety Valve	Opens at 99°C, circulating water through the 44 kW cooling loop to safely cool the boiler.
6. Expansion Pipe	Minimum 3/4″ must be connected to the tee on the high-pressure unit.
7. Heating Storage Tank	Minimum 1 meter above the highest point of the heating system.
8. Cold Feed	Must be connected to the radiator flow pipe at approx. 200mm away from the expansion tee.
9. Heating Zones	At least one radiator zone must be open when the solid-fuel circulation pump is running.
10. Mains Filling Loop	Connect to the radiator side to provide system pressure and efficient circulation.
11. Non-Return Valve	Use a flap-type gravity non-return valve, not a spring-type valve.
12. Wiring Centre	Can be used for multiple zone control.
